Web-page ideas

This is a difficult one for me as my views/ideas/interests are quite varied. Some of the ideas I have so far though are:

Media Diet by Adam Crowe

  • Music studies of the ideas of genre and great lyricists.
  • Movies and film in which it takes a few viewings to really understand. Sometimes new and different messages are found.
  • Fandom site in which many different interests are discussed and taken into account. Ranging between music, film, animation, books and any other sort of media.

  1. Hey Colton, i like the ideas and genre of great lyricists concept. I think it would be interesting and fun to read your interests in music and what you have to say about legendary bands and stuff. Good luck!

  2. I like your idea of making a website that discusses movies that need to be watched more than once to fully understand them. I would be interested in reading what other people have to say about their interpretations of these films.

  3. Here is my challenge.

The content sounds very cool and eccentric. It's sexy in how it has a sense of exclusivity to people with passion. But,
How are you going to change the game?

Brainstorm hard and develop a means that will have leading sites rolling in their graves as to why they didn't think of it first.

Again, what are you going to do different.

  4. I am all about geeking out and I think fan sites are really cool, however I am really digging the film analysis site idea. I think some of the best movies I've ever seen have been movies that my friends have interpreted differently than I have - movies that were open ended enough, and well crafted enough, to be analyzed and read differently. I think it'd be really cool to have a website devoted to that. Maybe with critics reviews as well as "lay people"?
